Intel SSD 520 180GB: Huge Power-Off_Retract_Count: risky?

There are quite some threads on this forum about the Power-Off_Retract_Count like https://communities.intel.com/thread/55642

or

https://communities.intel.com/thread/27813http://

Unfortunately I don't have any warranty; every time I shut down Windows 10, it counts: the proper RST driver for my sandy bridge qm67 is installed, lpm is inactive (HP 2560p with i7 2620m). I have also tested the ssd in a DVD sata caddy in the 2560p

Any hints?
I have installed debian stretch as well: the smart value is rising  as well, that's why I can exclude a software/driver issue. Even tested with a second computer (Asus dual core): exactly the same situation. I have also tested the sata driver from windows 10: same situation.

Model Family:     Intel 520 Series SSDs

Device Model:     INTEL SSDSC2BW180A3L

Is it risky to use this ssd? I don't have any problems apart from these smart values...

The latest HP bios is installed and the latest 520 firmware as well. AHCI is set on bios-level. SSD is optimized in Windows 10
