how do I direct the install of a driver to a different hard drive or USB

I installed a 512 GB 660p series as a secondary hard drive and during installation of Windows 7 a pop up tells me a driver or drivers are missing. I have downloaded the Intel setupnvme.exe file for the 660p to the 660p but I'm reading it in the Windows 10 file explorer in the primary SSD. When I open it it loads to the primary SSD it's being read on and there is no apparent method of directing where it goes. If someone could tell me how to direct it to the 660p or is there a folder in the Windows 7 install USB the files need to be to be loaded to?
